In Store Return Policy

Items that are purchased in store at full price are eligible for exchange or credit. All reduced merchandise is final sale.

For purchases made in store, we will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all tags attached and presentation of your receipt, within 14 days of purchase, for exchange or store credit. We will exchange or credit the purchase price plus applicable taxes. One time exchange per receipt only. Thank you for supporting small business!

Online Purchase Return Policy

Items that are purchased online at full price are eligible for refund, exchange or credit. All reduced merchandise is final sale.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all tags attached and a copy of your packing slip. We will send instructions regarding shipping upon receiving your request. Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. Returned items must be received within 14 days from your receipt of purchase.

Please do not return items without first emailing us at info@eriettaboutique.com. 

To exchange, please follow the instructions for returns and place a new order online or by phone. Please contact us if you need any assistance.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to be eligible for exchange or refund. We offer exchange or refund for the purchase price plus applicable taxes but not for shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Please send your return to the address provided when you receive your Return Authorization.
